The date has changed for our end-of-year Graduation Ceremonies. Both will be held on Monday, May 23. The Kindergarten ceremony will be at 8:15a.m. and the 5th Grade ceremony will be at 10:15 a.m.
RCA is working with the organization Donors Choose to purchase a BOOK VENDING MACHINE for our students. Today, April 7th, all donations to Donors Choose for this project will be DOUBLED! Use the link below to donate and feel free to pass the link on to others. Thank you for supporting RCA students.

WE ARE CLEANING HOUSE!
Our Lost and Found will be cleared out Monday, April 18. If your student is missing Jackets, Hats/Beanies, Gloves, Lunch Boxes, Water Bottles, Headbands, please come in or have them check the Lost and Found by April 15.
HOORAY!!! Roosevelt Charter Academy raised a total of $3,298.06 for the American Heart Association during the month of February. Thank you for your generous support of this life-saving organization.
Roosevelt Charter Academy is currently taking enrollments for the ’22-’23 school year for Kinder through 5th grade. We have set aside Friday, April 8 from 2:00 to 3:30 specifically for this process. Please bring the following documents with you:
• Birth Certificate or Passport
• Shot Record
• Proof of Address
• Photo ID for parent or guardian
Starting on Monday, April 4, STARS Kids Care will be providing before- and after-school child care at Roosevelt Charter Academy for current RCA students.
Hours are 6:30 - 7:25 a.m. and after school until 6:00 p.m. every day.
Students MUST be registered with STARS Kids Care to attend the first day.
Representatives of STARS will be on campus at RCA to take registrations Tuesday, March 29 - Friday, April 1 from 3:30 - 4:30 p.m. each day.
Interested parents are invited to stop by during these hours to get more information and to register your students. There is a cost for this service, but STARS Kids Care welcomes the CO Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP).
Next week, March 21-25, is Spring Break at Roosevelt. NO SCHOOL! We'll be back on March 28. Enjoy the vacation!

Tomorrow, March 9, is Graduation Picture Day for Kinder and 5th Grade. Photos WILL be taken in cap and gown. The photographers will only be at RCA until 10:30 a.m., so be sure your student arrives on time.

We WILL have classes at Roosevelt Charter Academy tomorrow, Tuesday, March 8. Other schools in District 11 may not. Check your school calendars.

Remember, there will be NO SCHOOL at Roosevelt Charter Academy on Monday, March 7. It is a work day for teachers and staff.
Unlike other schools in District 11, we WILL HAVE SCHOOL on Tuesday, March 8, and this is our Spring Picture Day. Students do not have to wear uniforms.
We will have three different pictures taken next week with 3 different order forms:
--Tuesday, March 8 will be for CLASS GROUP PHOTOS and
--INDIVIDUAL SPRING PORTRAITS.
Wednesday, March 9 will be for GRADUATION PHOTOS for Kinder and 5th Grade ONLY.
If you are getting Graduation Photos, you may not want to order Spring Portraits as well.
