To register for school, your child needs to be compliant with immunizations.
The following immunizations are required by the State of Colorado BEFORE starting Kindergarten:
• 3 doses of Hepatitis B
• 5 doses of DTap
• 4 doses of Polio
• 2 doses of MMR
• 2 doses of Varicella
Please check your current vaccination record, and make sure your child is up to date before the first day of school.
If not, your child needs to be compliant within 2 weeks of starting school.
