If your family is suffering from an extreme hardship this year and needs assistance with Christmas gifts, the school would like to help.
At this time, we do not know how many families we will be able to assist. We will be taking families on a first come, first served basis. Distribution is planned to take place on the 18th, 19th and possibly the 21st of December. You will be receiving a text or a phone call letting you know what time to arrive at the school and where to go. Text messages or phone calls will begin on the 17th so please be patient. We are hopeful that families will be able to choose two gifts per Roosevelt Charter Academy student. Do not include children on the list who do not attend RCA.
Please be considerate and allow families who truly need the assistance to sign up for these gifts. If that’s you, please email Erin Negrete at ptic@rca-csprings.org or reach out to your homeroom teacher to be added to the list. You must include the following information:
Your name.
Your children’s names who are students at RCA.
Phone number.
How many children are in the home that are NOT students at RCA? Ages? There is a possibility that we may contact you if there are gifts leftover on the 21st for these children but this is NOT guaranteed.
Due to Covid-related safety precautions you must arrive at your scheduled time in order to pick gifts. No earlier or later. If you cannot make your assigned time, please contact me to be rescheduled. Thank you!
